Restaurant Manager Required For Stunning Award-Winning Country Pub & Restaurant South Northants / North Oxfordshire.

Our Client:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Restaurant Manager to join this beautiful award-winning Country Pub Restaurant serving excellent home cooked cuisine. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager looking to help us build on our quality and service-led reputation.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary From £19,000 per annum + Tips
  • Live in Cottage available
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holiday allowance)

The Individual:

The ideal candidate will hold a 2/3 Rosette background within a hotel or restaurant and must be able to demonstrate:

  • An eye for detail
  • A hospitality and service led approach
  • Knowledge of current trends
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Leading by example
  • The ability to collaborate – to work alongside our Head Chef, providing insights into menu feedback
  • The ability to develop a team
  • Good knowledge of World Wines (desirable)
  • Food Hygiene and Health and Safety certificates (desirable)
  • Must hold a clean UK driving license
